This is an opportunity for Eco-Justice advocates coming from across our denominations to train together. The training will give our group the skills we need to be strategic, community-centered, and effective. Participants will build a common language and shared set of tools to help us develop both our own capacity and our partnership together.

As we move forward into a strong collective vision and action for water stewardship and water justice among our denominations – the regional judicatories of the UMC, the Episcopal Church, the AME, the National Baptist Convention, and the ELCA, in addition to the Minnesota Council of Churches – we will lean on community organizing and the relational leadership we’ve built together in this experience. Let us be equipped and emboldened!
