Position Title: Marketing and Development Manager

Brief Position Description and How to Apply: The Marketing and Development Manager is an entrepreneurial, results-driven professional who is responsible for planning and executing earned and contributed revenue campaigns in support of the National Lutheran Choir’s strategic goals. The individual in this critical position manages multiple priorities and must have strong attention to detail and follow-through, as well as the ability to initiate and lead projects. Marketing initiatives focus on the National Lutheran Choir’s Twin Cities-based concert season and programs, as well as touring appearances in various cities around the country. Development activities focus on Annual Fund strategies including direct mail, online and special event fundraising. The National Lutheran Choir is staffed by a small, highly collaborative team.
