* Partnering with Children’s Ministry to lead daily opening and closing of Vacation Bible School
* Partnering with CYF team to plan Family Education Discipleship (FED) events
* Nurture program growth by connecting with youth and families with younger children
* Maintaining connections with graduates after they leave Trinity’s high school program

Administrative responsibilities
* Attend weekly CYF team and staff meetings, as well as monthly Youth Ministry Network meetings
* Produce publications, mailings, email, social media ministry, etc., to promote effectively the high school ministry to both students and parents
* Stakeholder in Trinity’s Strategic Plan in the area of “Deepen Faith Across All Ages”
* Other administrative tasks as necessary

Key attributes
* BA or BS degree; previous experience in youth ministry preferred
* Comfort with — and enthusiasm for — leading large groups
* A committed faith founded in a theology of grace; lives in response to this grace
* Loves the Church and can express their faith well
* Self-motivated, organized, and attentive to detail; able to plan and implement activities
* Team player who is relational with adult volunteers, children, youth, and their families
* A strong commitment to this ministry and a willingness to strengthen Trinity’s mission
