Bishop’s Theological Conference

It’s been three long years since we’ve gathered in person for Bishop’s Theological Conference – and we’ve pulled out all the stops to make this year’s event an incredible experience.

Biblical scholar Ched Myers, author of Binding the Strong Man and The Biblical Vision of Sabbath Economics, and Mennonite scholar, Elaine Enns, co-author with Myers of Healing Haunted Histories, will be with us for two and a half days of rich learning and reflection.

Together with this incredible husband-wife team, we will explore what it means to be faithful, hope-filled, and courageous Christian leaders – especially in the face of daunting and interwoven social issues such as our generation’s unique challenge to prevent the irreparable harms caused by climate change.

In addition, we will worship and play together, enjoy good food and good conversation, and bask in the beauty of Minnesota lake country.
