Position title: Hospitality Coordinator

Brief position summary:
The Hospitality Coordinator is an essential part of the ministry at Shobi’s Table, supporting the relationships and kitchen production that make this ministry thrive. This person supports the kitchen as an assistant cook and shift lead, models sturdy hospitality at the food truck, and stewards our growing group of volunteers. This role also supports a primary connection between Shobi’s Table and the wider community as the lead for catering event logistics. The Hospitality Coordinator works hard to maintain a fluid relationship between the logistics and boundaries of a commercial kitchen with the relationship building that is at the heart of our food based ministry.

Position title: Executive Director
Organization: Global Health Ministries
Brief position summary:
Primary Functions: The Executive Director’s primary functions are to lead GHM, its volunteers, and board into effective relationships with our Lutheran and other Christian partner organizations around the world to bring about measurable improvements in the health of the populations they serve in Christ’s name. This role includes overall administrative and financial oversight, outreach and communication with partners and donors, fundraising, and advocacy and development of collaborative efforts with national and international partners to advance Lutheran and other Christian health care ministries around the world. International travel is required.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, Public Health, Health Care Administration, Theology or related field is preferred; five years of leadership and management experience, including governance and evaluation, with a minimum of three years in a senior leadership role, preferably within a Christian or faith-based nonprofit or international development organization.
Ideal Candidate: Will demonstrate unwavering commitment to the organization’s Christian mission, vision, and core values and is able to work well internationally across cultures and religions. The successful candidate will be an outgoing and inspirational leader with ability to be creative and respond effectively to change; able to manage people (including making and nurturing relationships) and manage finances effectively. Strong verbal and written communication and familiarity with non-profit organization management, fund development, and technology will be critical to success in this position.
Salary commensurate with experience (range of $125,000-$140,000); full benefits. Start date: February/March 2026.
