Alleluia Lutheran Church is hosting a free screening of the movie, “Anxious Nation.” A panel of local mental health professionals will lead a discussion after the screening.

This film explores the many dimensions of anxiety and the broader mental health crisis in America, particularly among youth (ages 10–26) and families. It examines contributing factors like social pressures, the nature vs. nurture debate, college stress, and the impact on underserved communities. Topics include stigma, isolation, suicide, and the role of social media. The film aims to foster community, encourage open dialogue, and promote compassion and support.
