Las Posadas: A Community Pilgrimage & Peace Lantern Procession

You and your communities are invited to claim joy with San Pablo-St. Paul’s at their annual community Posada on Friday, December 19. At 6:30 p.m., all will gather in the Sanctuary to recall the story of Mary and Joseph’s journey and their search for posada, shelter. Then attendees will walk through the neighborhood in a lantern-led Peace Procession, singing traditional carols in both English and Spanish (plus a special song they’re composing just for the posada!). Afterward, all are invited to embrace convivencia with shared food, a piñata, and live music from Alma Andina. The community Posada is free and open to all.
