Conference Assemblies: Bloomington, South Minneapolis, and Crosstown Conferences

Who should attend?
These conference gatherings are open to clergy and lay participants from the congregations within the conference. Voting members from congregations for Synod Assembly in May are expected to attend. Your congregation should only send the number of voting members that are allotted for Synod Assembly. Visitors may attend. If you don’t know how many voting members should attend, you can look at the Lay Voting Member Assignment Formula (*updated January 22, 2025*) or the List of Voting Member Numbers by Church. (*updated January 21, 2025*)
Where and When are the Conference Assemblies?
Conference Assemblies are usually held toward the end of January or beginning of February. (According to the Synod constitution, they need to take place 60 days prior to the Synod Assembly.) Join your conference at their 2026 date.

- Bloomington, South Minneapolis, and Crosstown Conferences:
Thursday, January 29, 7:00 – 8:30 p.m., location TBD – Note: Date change!
- Northern, Rum River, and Western Waters Conferences:
Thursday, February 5, 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. at Grace, Andover - Central, North Minneapolis, Northwest Hennepin Conferences:
Saturday, February 7, morning. Exact time and location TBD - Southwest, 394, and Western Parks & Lakes Conferences:
Thursday, February 12, 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. St. Andrew, Eden Prairie
