Learn strategies to handle transitions and conflicts with grace, ensuring your leadership fosters a supportive, inclusive, and understanding environment. Led by Rozella Haydee White.
Teamwork Works: Developed with Patrick Lencioni, The Five Behaviors empowers teams to rethink their approach to teamwork and shape new behaviors—taking your teams and congregation to the next level. This centers on trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results. Led by Pastor Brad Otto.
Know Your Neighbors: God calls us to love our neighbors but how do we do that if we don’t know the neighbors around our church? Learn to listen deeply to your neighbors and leave with an action plan to get to know the community this summer! Led by Deacon Jessica Noonan.
Communication Clarity: How will people know they are welcome? Staff, congregation, and neighborhood communication includes clarity of messaging and multiple delivery systems. Participants will leave with LEAD’s new Communication Audit. Led by Deacon Peggy Hahn.
