Mindful Mondays Zoom for First Third Leaders

Every Monday at noon throughout Lent, First Third leaders are invited to take 15 minutes to ‘be still and know’ (Psalm 46:10). We will utilize different spiritual practices (poems, Lectio Divina, praying with Icons, etc.). Those who would like to stay on for an additional time of check in are welcome.
