Webinar: Walking With the Latino Communities — Faith, Stress, and Behavioral Health in a Time of Change

The Center for Addiction & Faith is hosting a free, one-hour webinar led by Ana L. Chavez-Mancillas (DSW, MSW) Senior Director for the National Latino Behavioral Association. This webinar will help equip faith leaders to recognize the unique health challenges facing Latino/a communities today including the effects of immigration policies, discrimination, and economic strain on individuals and families. Participants will explore how these stressors intersect with substance use and other mental health concerns and gain practical tools to help support Latino congregants.
