As people who work in ministry, we know the importance of relationships. We also know that healthy relationships depend upon clear and respectful boundaries. Rostered ministers especially need thoughtful and consistent training around boundaries because of the variety of their relationships.

Minneapolis Area Synod leaders must attend Boundary Training Workshops every 3-5 years. The Minneapolis Area Synod office hosts Power and Boundaries Workshops once or twice a year and may include rostered ministers, CYF staff, and all church staff members.

The Region 3 Synods of the ELCA have also been hosting regular online Boundaries Trainings.
