Brief position summary:
Primary Functions: The Executive Director’s primary functions are to lead GHM, its volunteers, and board into effective relationships with our Lutheran and other Christian partner organizations around the world to bring about measurable improvements in the health of the populations they serve in Christ’s name. This role includes overall administrative and financial oversight, outreach and communication with partners and donors, fundraising, and advocacy and development of collaborative efforts with national and international partners to advance Lutheran and other Christian health care ministries around the world. International travel is required.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, Public Health, Health Care Administration, Theology or related field is preferred; five years of leadership and management experience, including governance and evaluation, with a minimum of three years in a senior leadership role, preferably within a Christian or faith-based nonprofit or international development organization.
Ideal Candidate: Will demonstrate unwavering commitment to the organization’s Christian mission, vision, and core values and is able to work well internationally across cultures and religions. The successful candidate will be an outgoing and inspirational leader with ability to be creative and respond effectively to change; able to manage people (including making and nurturing relationships) and manage finances effectively. Strong verbal and written communication and familiarity with non-profit organization management, fund development, and technology will be critical to success in this position.
Salary commensurate with experience (range of $125,000-$140,000); full benefits. Start date: February/March 2026.

Position title: Admin Assistant/Office Manager
Organization: St. Luke Lutheran Church, Cottage Grove
Brief position summary:
Purpose: Manage all aspects of congregational communications for the St. Luke Lutheran Church office.
Qualifications:
College degree or equivalent experience working in an administrative capacity.
Basic understanding of financial management.
Competent using all aspects of Microsoft Office and Google applications.
Highly skilled in problem-solving, critical thinking and navigating differing personalities and perspectives.
Areas of Responsibility:
1. Finance
Conduct financial duties including payroll, bill payment, checks, records, transaction postings, purchasing, and the annual church budget.
Knowledge of, or willingness to learn Servant Keeper software to enter member donations.
Work with the church Finance team and Council treasurer, as needed.
2. Office Management and Property
• Provide office management skills, including but not limited to, supply orders, vendor meetings, answering phones, responding to voice and email messages.
• Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors.
• Serve as a liaison with the Property Team regarding building maintenance needs.
• Oversee event and building usage calendar and community requests.
3. Membership
• Keep accurate records of St. Luke Church members.
• Complete other member related administrative tasks as assigned by the pastor.
4. Communications
Oversee website and social media presence and coordinate publications, advertising and congregational correspondence.
Oversee church volunteer communications and scheduling.
**Other duties as assigned.

Position Hours and Schedule:
This is a part-time position of 15-20 hours/week at $22.00/hour
This position requires consistent office hours on site; working from home is negotiable upon request

Position title: Office Administrator
Organization: Abiding Savior Lutheran Church, Mounds View
Brief position summary:
The Office Administrator provides essential administrative, operational, and communication leadership and support to ensure the smooth daily functioning of the church. This role oversees office operations, building access, staff coordination, worship production tasks, financial processing support, and member communication. The Office Administrator serves as a central point of contact for staff, members, volunteers, and community partners, helping the congregation live out its mission through organized, reliable, and hospitable administration.
This position is 28 hours a week Monday through Thursday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Pay is Commensurate with experience with a range of $19 to $25 an hour.
