Brief position description:

Do you have a heart for connecting fun & faith for children and families? Do you want to be a part of an exciting new ministry, serving the neediest of our neighbors? Do you like telling stories in new ways? If the answer to any of these questions is yes, then we want to meet you!

In addition, you would help the congregation through its many established partnerships as together we love the world.
· As a Communications Assistant (an additional 2-4 hours per week), you could support our on-going storytelling with digital, video, and print content generation. Under the direction of our Office Administrator, you would manage several streams of our regular communications.

Position title: Director of Youth Ministries

Congregation: Westminster Presbyterian Church, Minneapolis

Brief position summary:

The purpose of this position is to energetically facilitate and lead Westminster’s ministries with middle school and high school aged youth, alongside engaged lay leaders and the Associate Pastor for Families, Youth, and Children. Westminster has re-framed this position within a new model for youth ministry that calls for intentionally shorter-term Director of Youth Ministries positions, with relational and programmatic stability growing through strong lay and pastoral leadership. For that reason, this is designed as a two-year position with the possibility to extend.
