This ministry is responsible for planning and leading ministry opportunities that are engaging, faith forming, relational, and service-minded.
This part-time position (20 hr./wk.) is dedicated to the ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ and is committed to the mission and vision of St. Philip’s Lutheran Church. Qualifications include passion for Jesus Christ and love for youth and their families, experience in youth ministry, and excellent organizational skills. In addition, excellent written and verbal skills, along with solid technology experience are required. The Director of Children’s Ministries oversees the development and implementation of a unified program of Christian education for ages 0-12. This ministry focuses on Sunday School and Vacation Bible School for preschool and elementary age children, as well as family activities.
This part time position (25 hr./wk.) is dedicated to the ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ and is committed to the mission and vision of St. Philip’s Lutheran Church. Qualifications include experience in Christian education, the ability to assess and/or write Christian education in the Lutheran tradition and strong organizational skills. The ability to recruit, work with and equip volunteers to plan and implement programming is necessary.
